No-Bake Raw Vegan Pecan Pie Ice-Cream

Hello guys! Have you missed us as much as we missed you?

These last few weeks were for us to enjoy some family time and take some time off cooking, but it feels so good to be back!

And what a come-back – we are sharing with you this superb no-bake raw vegan pie ice-cream recipe, that is so tasty, so festive and naturally healthy!

Let’s get to it!



For the base

14 pitted dates

25g pecan nuts

1 teaspoon peanut butter

For the filling

4 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp milk of choice (we used almond milk)

3 tbsp cinnamon

1 teaspoon peanut butter


Line a round cake tin with parchment paper and put aside.

In a blender, blend all ingredients for the base. Transfer to the tin and flatten with the back of a spoon.

Put it in the fridge for 20 mins to let it set.

For the filling: Blend all ingredients in a food processor until having a liquidy mixture. Pour over the base.

Freeze for 5 hours or overnight.


& your pie is ready to be enjoyed!

Easy Overnight Oat Recipe For Autumn

Good morning guys and happy weekend!

What’s everyone up to? Whether you’re going shopping, hiking, meeting friends and family, cleaning the house or staying in this overnight oat bowl is literally the perfect “pick-me-up” food!

It is high in fiber, contains natural sugar from fruits and honey, contains delicious homemade granola and can be consumed hot or cold – basically the absolute perfect bowl for Saturdays to start a great weekend.



60g oats

250ml almond milk (or any other milk alternative)


In a jar, pour your oats and your milk.

Leave in the fridge overnight. This will allow it to expand and give it a really creamy texture.

In the morning pour your creamy mixture in a bowl (you can even heat it if you want) – Top up with some granola and your favorite fruits. We topped it with mixed red berries and blueberries – We also added honey and a sprinkle or cinnamon.


Literally the perfect breakfast! ❤️

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups – Easy 2 Ingredient Recipe

Hello guys! How are you all doing on this very autumnal season? It’s getting colder, layers are adding up and socks are officially on 24/7. What’s a better way to keep the coziness than these healthy 2 ingredient peanut butter cups?

So easy to make, so healthy and definitely TASTY! Plus, no need to bake them! The perfect homemade chocolate treat with your afternoon coffee or tea.



For about 8 cups

60g dark chocolate to melt

About 4 tbsp of our homemade peanut butter or store bought (just make sure it does not contain any added sugars or oils)



Melt half of your chocolate in a microwave or on the stove. Pour it in a small muffin tray. Put in in the fridge for about 30 mins until hard.

Once harden, get your tray out of the fridge. Melt your peanut butter and put around 1 teaspoon on top of each chocolate layer. Put it in the fridge for about 10 mins.

Melt the other half of the chocolate and pour it over the peanut butter. Put back in the fridge for 1 hour.

And just like that, you got your peanut butter cups to enjoy!

Vegan Quinoa And Black Bean Burger

Hello healthy family! We hope you are doing wonderfully well on this cloudy autumnal Wednesday!

Whoever said that burger and fries were unhealthy was wrong – We made this amazing, delicious and protein packed burger with as little as 4 ingredients and only 160 kcal per patty! Literally the perfect combination.

The flavors of this recipe are well combined together giving the burger another dimension – can we all take a minute to celebrate what mother earth has gifted us with?

Quinoa is really rich in proteins, contains almost twice as much fiber as most grains, contains iron and magnesium and has low IG.

Beans are low in cholesterol, helps regulate blood sugars, high in proteins and is full of fiber!

Convinced that this burger is right for you? Let’s get cooking shall we? 


For 5 patties

100g black or red beans

100g cooked quinoa

100g oats

2 tbsp tomato purée


Start my mashing your beans and add all other ingredients gradually while mixing everything well with a spoon.

Add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano.

Mix well and start form little patties.

Pop in the oven for 25 mins at 180° or grill them.

Serve with a side salad and some FittyFries of course 😉


And as simple as that, your patties are ready to go for the whole week!

Potato Pancakes Recipe – Easy Meal Prep

Coming at you this Sunday with the perfect vegan bowl featuring POTATO PANCAKES (you heard that right) – healthy, full of vegetables, full of greens and full of energy 🌱.

As you guys requested us to do more cooking tutorials we got some coming your way this week and many many other surprises just waiting to be revealed – we’re so excited to share everything with you really soon! Enough rambling, let’s get into the recipe:

Ingredients For around 12 potato pancakes

4 large potatoes

50g mushrooms

1 onion

1 green pepper

Grated cheese (optional)

100g oat flour

2 tbsp corn flour (optional)

Spices: 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, nutmeg.


Bring your potatoes 🥔 to boil.

In another pan cook mushrooms, onions and green peppers that you previously cut. Add in salt and pepper, mixed herbs and 1 tbsp olive oil.

Once your potatoes are ready, mash them together with the oat flour, the corn flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix everything well together.

Form little balls with your mixture. Then take one ball, flatten it and add 1 tbsp of cooked vegetables in it (you can also add grated cheese) and close them up flat as a thick pancake- do the same with all your potato balls.

You can fry them in 1 tbsp olive oil or pop them in the oven at 180• for 20mins or until golden brown. Serve with either a salad 🥗 or a soup 🥣.

Vegan And Healthy Apple Crumble Recipe

Autumn is the season of fresh cinnamon smells in the kitchen, pumpkin everything and loads of hot chocolates! You can’t possibly disagree with this. We feel so inspired in the kitchen to make new recipes with these automnal spices and we are starting the week right with this sweet treat with no fat and no refined sugars! You heard that right, an apple crumble to satisfy your sweet tooth and that tastes SO GOOD!

Right! Apple Crumble recipe coming your way:

400g apples 🍎

20g honey (or maple syrup)

40g almond butter (or any nut butter)


35g wholewheat flour.

Pre-heat your oven @ 150degrees. In a bowl, mix the honey, almond butter and the flour. Crumble your texture on a parchment paper and put it in the oven for 20 mins.

Cut your apples into cubes and set aside. Pour 1 tbsp of honey in a pan at a medium heat, once heated, add your apple and cinnamon and let it cook for 10 mins while stirring.


Once ready, put it on the tray where your crumble has been cooked. Put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes.

And you’re ready to enjoy your very automnal recipe 😉🍂🍁.

Nugget Potatoes – Quick & Healthy

Hello guys! Sharing with you today NUGGET POTATOES! This is literally so tasty and so healthy. Speaking of healthy tell us in the comments one healthy habit that you do we would love to know (food or not food related)👇🏻


4 potatoes

1 onion

70g oats

Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, parsley.

Peel the potatoes and bring them to boil for 15 mins. Cut the onion and cook it in a pan. Season with all the spices except parsley.
Shred your boiled potatoes, add the cooked onion, the oats and the parsley. Season with some more salt and pepper. Form nuggets and put it in the oven for 20 mins at 180•. Sprinkle cheese on top once done.

Enjoy with a side salad of avocado/mango as shown on our video.
