Healthy Nuts Muffin

It’s still summer and we are still enjoying quick and easy recipes! Mini cakes ready in 5 mins! Delicious, sugar free, fat free and the crunchiness comes from the walnuts and hazelnuts chips.

Ingredients

1 pot natural yoghurt (85g)

60g grounded oats

1 egg

30g crushed walnuts & nuts

2 tbsp milk

1 baking powder (7g)

 

Method

In a bowl, empty one pot of unsweetened natural yoghurt, in the empty yoghurt pot, put in grounded oats. In the bowl add it an egg, 30g of crushed walnuts and nuts, 2 tbsp milk, baking powder and a pinch of salt (you could also add some chocolate chips, we won’t tell 🤫). Blend everything together and pour it in a baking tray!
15 mins in the oven and voilà! 😋

Easy and Healthy 2 Ingredients Chocolate Cake

We hope you had an amazing Monday guys! Sharing with you this 2 ingredients cake that is an absolute treat! Healthy, delicious and so filling!

Ingredients

Serves 6

250g dark chocolate (70% preferably)

4 eggs

Method

Separate the yolk from the whites and beat the whites.

Melt your chocolate and add it to the yolk while mixing them well.

You can add around 3g of baking powder for more volume.
Incorporate the whites slowly and bit by bit into your mixture until it’s even. Pour in a baking tray and pop it in the oven 30mins at 180•!

Easy, simple and delicious 😋.

Healthy Chocolate Pie – No Bake Vegan Tartelette

Sundays are made for baking (and prepping meals for the coming week)! Today we made no bake vegan tarts! Easy, delicious, healthy and full of nutrients 😉. These small pies are made using natural ingredients and the pro tip is that you don’t even need to bake them – It’s a win win situation right!

Ingredients

100g oats

30g walnuts

14 pitted dattes

2 tbsp honey

3 tbsp almond milk (or any other milk alternative)

50g dark chocolate.

Method
In a food processor, blend the oats and walnuts. Once reduced to a powdery paste, add in the dattes, 2 tbsp milk and honey and blend well. Get the mixture into tart plates and put it in the fridge while you prepare your filling.
Melt your chocolate with 1 tbsp milk and pour the mixture on top of your tarts. Let it cool in the fridge for 1 hour and get ready to enjoy this vegan, raw and no bake tart 😉.

Hawaïen Bowl Recipe – Fresh Recipe For Summer

August is here and it brought the heat with it! We’re sharing with you this fresh and easy hawaïenne recipe to have on holidays or behind a desk to feel like on holidays 😉 🌺 👩‍🍳

Ingredients

200g fresh salmon

1 tomato

1 avocado

1/2 mango
Spices: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 20g ginger, salt & pepper.

Method
Mix all your spices together – Cut your salmon, avocado, tomato and mango and add it to the spices mixture. Put it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
For the bowls: Cut one fajita bread in 4 halves (recipe of the wrap down in the feed) and put it in a round tray to get the same shape. Put it in the fridge for 10 mins.
Get the mini bowls out, put your mixture in it and serve fresh 💦 ☀️

Mini Chocolate Muffins – Quick, Healthy & Easy (No sugar, No oil, No white flour)

Our obsession of the moment – mini chocolate muffins! We make them (almost) on a daily basis and we’re addicted! Plus they have no sugar, no butter and get ready in 5 mins – I mean what else could one ask for? 🍫

Ingredients

1 unsweetened natural yoghurt (around 85g)

60g grounded old fashioned oats

1 egg

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp almond milk (or any other milk alternative)

7g baking powder

1 pinch of salt

A handful of 70% dark cocoa chips.

Method

In a bowl mix: 1 unsweetened natural yoghurt, in the empty yoghurt pot put in grounded old fashioned oats, add in 1 egg, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp milk, 7g baking powder, 1 pinch of salt and 70% dark choco chips.
Blend everything well together and put in in muffin tray – 15 mins in the oven at 180• and VOILÀ 😋!

Healthy Smoothie Recipe – Courgette Smoothie

Hello guys! This is the first ever smoothie recipe we are sharing! This highly nutritious courgette smoothie that you can make using only 4 ingredients and that is so refreshing for your body! 😉

Ingredients

3 medium courgettes

10 pitted dattes (instead of refined sugar)

1 unsweetened yoghurt

50cl almond milk (or any other milk alternative)

Method

Cut your courgettes in small pieces and put them in a boiling water for 5 mins. Once they are done put them in a blender with all other ingredients. Mix everything really well and you can add ice cubes for extra freshness.

Nice-Cream Recipe – Vegan Ice Cream

What’s up guys! Happy Saturday!

With this heat, the summer and all the good vibes, what better way to treat ourselves than with a frozen treat? 🍦

We made a NICE CREAM 100% vegan with only 3 ingredients.

3 ripe bananas, 10 strawberries and 2 tbsp almond purée.

Freeze your fruits before hand. Get them out of the freezer and mix with the almond purée. Enjoy your guilt free nice cream 🤤.
