Chocolate Waffle Recipe – Healthy and Easy

The perfect sweet snack for a summer night (or a breakfast we won’t tell 😉), chocolate waffles!
Ingredients

200g grounded oats

250ml almond milk (or any other milk)

7g baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 natural unsweetened yoghurt

2 eggs

1 vanilla extract

4 tbsp pure honey (or stevia)

1 pinch of cinnamon

A handful of chocolate chips.

Method
In a bowl, put the oats and create a hole in the middle. Add in the egg, milk, vanilla extract and yoghurt. Add in the baking powder, chocolate chips, honey and cinnamon last and mix everything well until having a homogeneous paste. Heat up your gaufrier and enjoy with your favorite spread or on its own 😉.

Easy And Healthy Mango Sorbet Recipe

The sun is out and we all scream for ice cream! ☀️ You guys have been asking us to share a healthy ice cream recipe so here we are!

Ingredients 

👩‍🍳 3 mangos
400g FittyGalz cottage cheese
30g grounded stevia
1/2 squeezed lemon
1g agar agar or gelatin leaves

Method

Cut the mangos and put 3/4 of them on the freezer for 4 hours.

Mix the rest of the mangos with the lemon juice, stevia and 15cl of water – add the agar agar and heat it for 5 mins. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Get the mango out 15 minutes before serving and mix it with cottage cheese and 15g of Stevia.
Serve with a mango coulis and enjoy your treat!

Healthy Lemon Tart Recipe

Did you know that lemon is one of the healthiest fruits? It contains antioxidants, helps for weight loss, relieves cold, eases pain of sunburn and the list goes on and on.

As you know we love all things healthy and we love to invest in our bodies so we came up with this lemon tart recipe for a the perfect summer evening treat or the perfect lunch box treat.

Ingredients

For the base
200 g oats flour
1 tbsp stevia
1 egg
1/2 glass water
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:

150 ml squeezed lemon juice
150 ml squeezed lime juice
3 lemon zests
1 tbsp corn starch
50g grounded stevia
50 g apple compote
3 eggs
1 gelatin leaf

Method

For the base

Pre-heat at 200•C

Mix the oat flour, stevia and salt. Add in the egg and enough cold water while stirring until you get a homogeneous and non sticky paste.

Layer the paste with a roller in between parchment paper. Form circles that will be used as domes for the lemon. You then line it in the tart tray covered with the parchment paper. Take your fork and sting the paste.

Put it in the oven for 10 mins at 210 degrees and then for 5 mins at 180 degrees.

Let it cool at room temperature.

For the filling

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the Stevia and the lemon zests. Add in the starch and mix well.

Bring the lemon juice to boil and stir it for 3-4 minutes until it thickens. You then add the gelatin and the compote and you mix it all.

Fill the trays in a dome shape and put it in the fridge for 6 hours.

You then serve it on the tarts and enjoy your treat.  🍋 🍃

Pour la pâte :
200 g de farine d’avoine
1 càs de stevia
1 oeuf
de l’eau
1 pincée de sel
Pour la garniture :
150 ml de jus de citron
3 zestes de citron
1 càs de fécule de maïs
50g de stevia
50 g de compote de pommes
3 oeufs
1 feuille de gélatine

Préchauffer le four à 200•C. Mélanger la farine d’avoine, la stevia et le sel. Ajouter l’oeuf et suffisamment d’eau froide, tout en mélangeant, jusqu’à obtenir une boule de pâte bien homogène et non collante. Etaler la pâte au rouleau entre deux feuilles de papier sulfurisé. Former des cercles qui constitueront la base pour disposer les dômes de citron. Tapisser avec le fond d’un moule à tarte recouvert de papier sulfurisé. Piquer les cercles de pâte avec une fourchette. Recouvrer-la d’une feuille de papier sulfurisé et de billes de cuisson.
Enfourner à blanc pendant 10 minutes à 210°C puis à 5 minutes à 180°C.
Retirer du feu puis enlever les billes de cuisson et la feuille de papier sulfurisé.
Laisser refroidir à température ambiante.
👩🏻‍🍳Pour la garniture :
Mélanger les oeufs avec la stevia et les zestes de citron dans un saladier.
Ajouter la maïzena et mélanger.

Porter le jus de citron à ébullition dans une casserole.
Ajoutez-y la préparation et mélangez sur le feu pendant 3-4 minutes jusqu’à épaississement. Ajouter ensuite la gélatine ramollie préalablement dans de l’eau et la compote. Mélanger.
Remplir les moules en forme de dômes. Réserver au frais 6h.
Servir ensuite sur les fonds de tartes et déguster ! 🍋 🍃

Vegan Brownies Recipe

Into the challenge again of turning the unhealthy into healthy: Brownies edition! We created a vegan version, no flour, no eggs and no oil! (Recipe below). You guys truly inspire us to create our favourite recipes using only natural ingredients, so let us know in the comments 👇🏻 what other foods you would want us to recreate 👩‍🍳.

Ingredients
10 pitted dattes
100g mixed oats
30cl water
2 tablespoons homemade peanut butter (or other butter alternative)
4 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. In a blender, blend: dattes, water, peanut butter, salt. Once that is smooth add in other ingredients. Put your batter into a baking tray and bake for about 30 mins. Let it cool down and get ready to chow down. 🌿

Healthy Tiramisu Recipe

We hope you guys enjoyed our Italian getaway with our fresh pasta and lasagna 🇮🇹 🍝. We are now doing a healthy Tiramisu  as it is one of the tastiest desserts of all times!

Ingredients

👩‍🍳 300g Cream cheese – Homemade Cottage Cheese – Healthy and Easy
2 eggs
10 Mc vities light
20 cl strong coffee
40g grounded stevia
1/2 vanilla extract
20g unsweetened cocoa powder

Method
Separate the whites from the yolk 🥚, mix the yolk with stevia and the vanilla extract and add the cream cheese.
Whisk the egg whites and slowly add them to the previous mix.
You then dip the biscuits in the coffee ☕️. Put them in a tray followed by a layer of cream cheese and alternate the layers.

Finish the top layer with cacao powder.

Put it in the fridge for 4 hours before serving 😋.

One Pot Chocolate Muffin

Hello Guys ! We are coming at you with this delicious, healthy and easy recipe of a chocolate muffin.

We made this vanilla/chocolate muffin using only natural ingredients and that will satisfy your sweet tooth 😋 – You can find the mango version here. You will only need 5min to make it ⏱

Ingredients
👩‍🍳 60g mixed oats
1 natural unsweetened yoghurt
Half a vanilla goose
Chocolate chips (one handful)
1 egg
Milk
Baking powder

Method
Simply mix everything and pour everything in a baking tray at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes… As simple as that.

One Pot Mango Muffin

Hello everyone ! Yas & Soso hope you had a great weekend ❤️

A lot of you asked for some quick easy recipes ! And so we came up with this one pot muffin.

So  here is our one pot muffin for a delicious breakfast or quick snack 🥞 👩🏻‍🍳
We made this muffin using only natural ingredients and that will satisfy your sweet tooth 😋
Ingredients 
👩‍🍳 60g mixed oats
1 natural unsweetened yoghurt
Half a vanilla goose
Half a mango
1 egg
30ml Milk
Baking powder

Method
Mash up tha mango to make a compote.
Then mix everything really well together and pour your mixture in a baking tray at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Yup that is it 😉.
