Broccoli Pizza Recipe – Healthy Pizza

Healthy Pizza? You heard right! FittyGalz have answered your prayers!

The secret ingredient broccoli that you cannot even taste truthfully.


For the base:

1 Broccoli

2 eggs

30g grated parmesan

50g oats

For the toppings: 

You can get creative and add the toppings you want (pepperoni, ham, chicken…), but we used:

2 tomatoes

2 mixed color peppers


Salt, pepper, paprika

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and put it in a blender. Mix it really well.
  2. MOST IMPORTANT STEP: Put the mixed broccoli on a dry towel and wring it really well until it’s dry. This will avoid your pizza from going moist.
  3. Put back the broccoli in an empty bowl and add in the eggs, the parmesan and the oats with some salt and pepper. Mix everything really well (You can use a blender in this step).
  4. Pre-heat your oven at 180Degrees – Layer a baking sheet on a flat oven tray and layer your base on it. Put it in the oven for 10 mins until a little brown.
  5. Add your toppings on top and put it back in the oven for 15 mins.
  6. ENJOY 😉

Strawberry Mousse – 3 Ingredients!

Our favourite fruit? Strawberries 🍓😋. They are a great source of vitamins, fiber and carbohydrates! What a great way to enjoy it as a summer treat? Try our healthy strawberry mousse that is easy to make and where you only need 3 ingredients! Interested? Read on!

1 egg white

100g of strawberries (Make sure your strawberries have been in the fridge 6 hours prior to making your recipe)

1 teaspoon of grounded stevia


Start by beating your egg white, then add in the mixed strawberries and grounded stevia. Mix everything together until having a “Moussy” texture.


Enjoy cold!

The Cherry Clafoutis

Hello lovely people! What have you been up to on this lovely Sunday?

We spent our Sunday cooking healthy recipes including this drooling cherry clafoutis that we enjoy without any guilt 😋

👩🏻‍🍳 Ingredients:
450g red fruits ( Cherries, Raspberries, Blueberries..)
50g Wholewheat flour/ 50g mixed oats
4 eggs 🥚
50g Stevia
25 cl Almond milk (or other milk alternative) 🥛
1 Vanilla Extract


Pre-heat your oven at 180 degrees – Mix your eggs and add the grounded Stevia, the flour/oats and the vanilla extract while you keep on mixing your paste until it’s smooth. Put all your berries in another bowl and pour your paste on top of it – Put it in the oven for 30 mins.

Courgette Soufflé Recipe

Want a light dinner in these summer nights? Try our courgette soufflé. So easy to make and it allows you to eat your 5 a day.



4 courgettes

4 mushrooms

4 eggs

50 ml of milk

1 tablespoon of Maizena (Corn flour)

50g of ricotta

Salt + Pepper to taste


In a pan you will sauté the courgettes and mushrooms with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.

In a saucepan, mix the eggs, milk, ricotta and Maizena.

Add your veggies to the mix. Put in in the oven at 180 degrees at 20 mins until golden brown. Eat while it’s still hot and enjoy 😊. (You can use as many veggies as you want, make it your own 😉)

Fajitas Recipe – Healthy and homemade

Hey guys, how are you all doing?

So you know how here at FittyGalz we like to cook everything from scratch and make sure we use natural ingredients? We had a Fajitas night and made the tortillas from scratch! 3 ingredients, simple, easy and HEALTHY!

It is better to make your own tortilla at home as you know exactly what you put in it and how many calories it will be. Make your tortilla with an endless possibility of recipes from veggies, chicken, fajitas, rice and so on… A balanced, nutritious meal that is SO tasty!



200g corn flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

100ml warm water


Mix the flour with salt, add the olive oil and the water then mix the mixture with your hands and let it rest for 1 hour. Make 6 little balls that you will then flaten and layer it on a base with flour.
Heat your pan really well and cook it on the pan for 1/2 mins each side. Enjoy with homemade Guacamole.

Chilli con carne

Hello guys, how are you doing in this lovely Saturday night? Chilling? Going out? This recipe is the perfect meal for a night in but also an amazing meal before hitting the town!


It is so healthy, so easy to make and so filling, what’s not to like? Right let’s get cooking!


3 big tomatoes
2 tablespoon tomato purée
3 colour peppers
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
A handful of red beans
75g extra lean no fat mince beef
4 tablespoons Basmati rice
Spices: Salt/Pepper/Paprika/Cumin


Cut all your vegetables and put them in a pan with half a glass of water and all your spices and cover it to let it simmer.

When the tomato has melted like the photo above, add in your red beans and mince beef, cover and let it simmer on medium heat for 10mins.

Cook your rice the way you want it until fluffy – add in the mixture and enjoy 😋

Energy bliss balls – Ferrero rocher style

Hello guys how are you all doing?

We know that snacking can be hard during our busy days and that we can choose the easy option which isn’t always the healthiest, so we did these energy bliss balls that you can stock up for the week and take everywhere with you. Best part about it is that you don’t need to cook them and that all ingredients are natural! A little plus is that it tastes like a Ferrero Rocher. I mean we know you will LOVE it!

Also, eating only one is more than enough as they are truly packed with energy and nutrients.

Enough talking and let’s get cooking:

You will need:

10 pitted dattes

30g hazelnuts

40g oats

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoon milk (or other milk alternative)

Blend the oats and hazelnuts in a food processor, add in the remaining ingredients and mix everything together until having a dough. Roll the dough into balls.


Melt your favorite chocolate (we used 70% Lindt dark chocolate) on top of your bliss balls and then develop self control to wait for them to harden in the fridge. Then, of course, enjoy throughout the week.
