Thanks to Loubna from Glowing Blush, I got inspired to make these oat blinis who turned out to be super easy to make, super delicious and as the title says with only 3 ingredients! I am in love with this recipe since it’s giving me the freedom to use whatever toppings I love and make a great variety wether it’s for brunch/lunch or even dinner!
100g grounded oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Water as needed
Start by mixing all dry ingredients together.
Add in warm water to the mix until you get a consistency between pancakes/crêpes batter.
Stir everything well until combined. Let it rest for 10 mins as the oats soaks up the water a little more.
In a heated pan, pour around 2 tbsp of the mixture. Let it cook for 4-6 mins each side until brown.
Use any toppings you’d want and enjoy!
