Granola Bites

Need we say more? Your very own granola bites, homemade, no added sugar, no preservatives, no BS. Simply raw, natural, wholesome ingredients.

You can make this recipe in literally 10 mins by throwing everything together and you’ll have yourself a great snack for the whole week! No way you’re not eating healthy after that 😉.

Ingredients

50g oat flour

50g whole old fashioned oats

6 pitted dattes

Handful of your favorite nuts

Handful of dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg

Method

Pre-heat your oven at 180°.

Start by putting your dattes in a food processor. Mix well until having a paste consistency. Set aside.

In the same blender add in your favorite nuts and blend so that it turns into small chunks. Careful not to turn it into a flour consistency.

In a bowl, add in the oats and all other ingredients. Give it a good stir until everything is well combined.

Once ready, form little bites to the shape of your choice.

Off to the oven for 15 mins.

So tasty, so crunchy and the perfect snack for any time of the day!
