Have you ever gone to the supermarket and was just overwhelmed by the amount of bread choices available and just never knew what to choose? Have you ever seen the huge list of ingredients on the pack? It’s absolute non-sense right? Well fear no more!
FittyGalz got an easy, 3 ingredients recipe for the perfect flatbread! It takes 10 minutes to make and tastes so good! Right, enough rambling, let’s get cooking guys!
110g wholewheat flour
125g natural unsweetened yoghurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Simply mix all ingredients together until having a dough consistency. On a floured surface, lay down your dough and start shaping it into a flatbread. One ready, simply transfer to a warm pan under medium heat. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
For toppings: Boil 2 eggs for exactly 7 minutes (the water needs to be already boiling). In the meantime mix 1 tbsp yoghurt with 1 tbsp tomato purée. Once your flatbread is ready, put the yoghurt mixture on it, add up the eggs that you will cut in half.
Sprinkle some chili flakes on top, add some fresh chopped up basil and some parmesan.
Your healthy delicious lunch is now ready to be enjoyed ❤️.
