You guys have been asking us about wrap ideas – wraps are so versatile, so tasty and filling! We came up with this super quick and easy recipe that you can put together so quickly and pack up in your lunch box!
1 tortilla wrap
80g boiled chickpeas
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tbsp natural unsweetened yoghurt
1 green onion
Cheddar cheese (optional)
Cut the green and red pepper and put them in the oven at 180° for 15 mins.
In a bowl mix the chickpeas, the yoghurt, salt and pepper and add the roasted veggies.
On your tortilla wrap, start by putting some iceberg lettuce and add the chickpea mixture. Finish up by some cut green onion on top, grilled asparagus and some grated cheese.
Roll it all up like a burrito and you’re good to go 😉.
