This cookie recipe is one you WANT TO MAKE! No need to bake it, only 6 natural ingredients, so much goodness and a special treat for you and your family!
Ingredients
110g oats
15 g almonds
3 tbsp milk of choice
3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
2 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
2 tbsp natural unsweetened yoghurt
Method
Start by putting your oats in a tray and let them toast in the oven for 10 mins at 180° to get some crispiness in your cookie.
Once ready, transfer your oats to a blender and blend them. Add your almonds and blend well again.
Add all other ingredients and blend until your have a thick/moist texture.
Start forming your cookies and put your thumb in the middle to create that thumbprint effect.
Put some chocolate spread in the hole – we used a homemade version of nutella.
Let it cool in the fridge for 20 mins.
Your cookies are ready to be enjoyed!
