Healthy Blueberry Muffins

Who doesn’t enjoy a good muffin? Especially when they remind you of this very festive period that is upon us ❤️.

These apple sweetened blueberry and cinnamon oatmeal muffins are literally SO TASTY! Super chewy, ooey-gooey, just a party in your mouth if we do say so ourselves!😋

Oh and they are only 103 calories each as opposed to 350 store bought ones – can’t go wrong with these you guys  😉.



1 egg

140g natural yoghurt

3 tbsp honey

1 grated apple

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp cinnamon

110g oats

1 tbsp baking powder

120ml almond milk (or any other milk alternative)

1 handful of blueberries (or chocolate chips we won’t tell 😉)


Pre-heat your oven to 180°.

Combine all your wet ingredients together and whisk well.

Add in your dry ingredients until you have a smooth but not too liquidy mixture.

Pour it in cupcake holders in a muffin tin and sprinkle some more blueberries on top.

Bake for 35-40 mins until golden brown.

Literally SO GOOD!
