It’s finally the weekend! Of course, we are starting it right with amazing, tasty and healthy pancakes! These are so easy to make and you can customize them to your taste with all the toppings!
Oh and you only need 5 ingredients and 10 mins to make 😉. Convinced? Let’s get cooking! ❤️
Ingredients
For 5 pancakes
50g oat flour (or wholemeal flour)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
30 ml milk
3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
Method
Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Transfer your batter to a non-stick pan by forming 10 cm pancakes.
Cook for 2/3 mins each side or until golden brown.
We topped our pancakes with 3 tbsp ricotta cheese, cinnamon, mixed frozen berries. An absolute TREAT if you ask us!
