3 Ingredient Bagels – Quick & Healthy Recipe

In need of a quick breakfast? Quick lunch to pack for work or school or even a healthy meal for dinner? We got you covered for all 3 with this super easy and healthy Bagel recipe with only 3 ingredients!

No added sugar, no added salt, simply good stuff!



For 2 bagels

110g Wholemeal flour (or oat flour/ or self-raising flour)

120g Natural Unsweetened yoghurt

1 tbsp baking powder (Optional if you are using the self raising flour)


Pre-heat your oven to 200°.

Mix all ingredients together until having a dough ball.

Transfer the ball on a floured surface and use your hands to flatten it and shape it into a disk. Cut in half.

Take one half and roll into a log that you will then shape into a ring. Transfer it into a baking tray. Brush it with 1 beaten egg and sprinkle with the seasoning you prefer.

Bake for 25 mins or until the bagels are brown.
