No bake Peanut Butter Cookies

And your day is about to get better with these Peanut butter no-bake cookies that are both so tasty and so healthy! So what are you waiting for to get cooking? Grab your peanut butter and get to it! 😉

Ingredients 

100g Oats

4 tbsp peanut butter

4 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

About 10 dark chocolate chips

Method

Put your oats in the oven for 5 mins at 180°.

Then mix them with melted Peanut Butter and 4 tbsp of maple syrup of melted honey.

Add the cinnamon and add optional dark chocolate chips (you know we did 😉).

Form little cookies with your hands and put it in the fridge for 30mins until firm.
