Hello guys! We hope you had an amazing weekend and that you are starting your week right with healthy habits! You should definitely aim to create a healthy habit every week and then at the end of the month you will have 4 new healthy habits implemented in your routine without even shocking your body as it is a slow-ish process.
So last night we made these DELICIOUS cauliflower nuggets while watching the movie Chef. A perfect fall evening if I do say so myself!
These nuggets are so easy to make, so healthy and SO TASTY! Of course, we had them with 1/2 plate of salad (always eat your greens) and 1/4 plate of DELICIOUS wild rice.
Right let’s make these cauliflower nuggets:
Ingredients
1 cauliflower head
90g wholewheat flour (or oat flour)
140ml milk
3 tbsp barbecue sauce
Salt & pepper (& any other spices you fancy)
Method
Pre-heat your oven to 180°.
Cut your cauliflower into florets.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and dip your cauliflower florets in the mixture.
Place on a baking tray and put them in the oven for 25 mins.
Literally this simple!
