2 Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Truffle

2 ingredients chocolate truffles! Brightening up your day with this incredibly easy recipe – who would have thought that truffles would ever be healthy? 😉 FittyGalz did of course 😍.

This recipe is so easy, so tasty and healthy too. With the festive times coming your way soon, you could easily make these and bring them to a party or just make a bunch to eat while watching  movie and sipping on a hot chocolate – careful though as 1 truffle tends to be strong in taste and very filling!



100g of dark chocolate

8 tbsp natural and unsweetened yoghurt


Melt your chocolate in the microwave. Once melted, add in the yoghurt.

Stir really well and put in the fridge for 30mins until hard but not hard enough to be able to make balls.

Take out of the fridge and make little balls – dip some in cocoa powder and others in mixed nuts.

Put back in the fridge for about 15mins.
Ready, healthy, EAT!
