Good morning guys and happy Friday! It’s almost the weekend and that’s enough excuse to have muffins for breakfast!
Starting the day right with these gooey, delicious and easy banana bread muffins – these are easy to make, and so easy to just have in those rushed mornings where you can’t cook and be in the kitchen. No excuses for grabbing an unhealthy croissant from a café! Get your banana bread muffins ready and stay healthy.

Ingredients
210g wholemeal flour
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
65ml almond milk (or other milk alternative)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
Method
Pre-heat your oven to 180°.
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. (You can also add coconut sugar for extra sweetness)
In a blender, mix your bananas eggs and milk. Incorporate the liquid into the previous bowl slowly by stirring well. Once a paste is formed, get a muffin tray and grease it.
Pour 3/4 of your mixture. Add the cocoa powder into the remaining 1/4 of the paste and stir well. put 1 tbsp on top of each muffin for a marble muffin effect.
Put in the oven for 35 mins.
& there you go – absolutely delicious banana bread muffins! An absolute treat that everyone will love!
