Easy Overnight Oat Recipe For Autumn

Good morning guys and happy weekend!

What’s everyone up to? Whether you’re going shopping, hiking, meeting friends and family, cleaning the house or staying in this overnight oat bowl is literally the perfect “pick-me-up” food!

It is high in fiber, contains natural sugar from fruits and honey, contains delicious homemade granola and can be consumed hot or cold – basically the absolute perfect bowl for Saturdays to start a great weekend.

Ingredients

60g oats

250ml almond milk (or any other milk alternative)

Method

In a jar, pour your oats and your milk.

Leave in the fridge overnight. This will allow it to expand and give it a really creamy texture.

In the morning pour your creamy mixture in a bowl (you can even heat it if you want) – Top up with some granola and your favorite fruits. We topped it with mixed red berries and blueberries – We also added honey and a sprinkle or cinnamon.
