Sundays call for messy nutritious bowls for lunch. We made a mexican inspired bowl with these delicious quessadillas! Of course with a side nut salad and our usual FittyFries π. This bowl only contains 425 calories and is so filling and nutritious – We are encouraging you guys to prioritize nutrition dense foods.
Ingredients
1 homemade wrap or store bought (make sure you prioritize wholegrain)
100g Chicken breast
30g Grated cheese
1 tbsp mustard, salt, pepper and chilli powder
Method
Put some chicken breast to marinate in mustard, black pepper and chilli powder. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Once out just grill the chicken.
Fill your wraps with it and sprinkle some grated cheese on top on one half.
Close you wrap and put it on a hot pan for 2-3 mins each side until brown.
Put your bowl together with your favorite side salad and some baked potatoes.
