We feel so inspired in the kitchen to make new recipes with these automnal spices and we are starting the week right with this sweet treat with no fat and no refined sugars! You heard that right, an apple crumble to satisfy your sweet tooth and that tastes SO GOOD!

Right! Apple Crumble recipe coming your way:
400g apples 🍎
20g honey (or maple syrup)
40g almond butter (or any nut butter)
35g wholewheat flour.
Pre-heat your oven @ 150degrees. In a bowl, mix the honey, almond butter and the flour. Crumble your texture on a parchment paper and put it in the oven for 20 mins.
Cut your apples into cubes and set aside. Pour 1 tbsp of honey in a pan at a medium heat, once heated, add your apple and cinnamon and let it cook for 10 mins while stirring.
Once ready, put it on the tray where your crumble has been cooked. Put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes.
