Quick & Healthy Waffles Recipe

Good morning guys and happy Saturday! Yesterday Sofia was celebrating her birthday and indulged in lots and lots of cakes! We are 25 only once right?

Keeping it balanced this morning with these healthy waffles that are super healthy, super easy to make and SO.BLOODY.TASTY.👏🏻

Ingredients

200g oat flour (or grounded oats)

2 eggs

30cl almond milk

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tbsp baking powder

Method

In a large bowl mix the flour, vanilla sugar, coconut sugar and baking powder together and set aside.

In a smaller bowl mix the eggs, milk and honey. Add it to the large bowl of dry ingredients.

Mix everything well together until obtaining a batter.

Put it in your waffle maker and leave it for 3-4 mins until golden.

Enjoy with a side of fruits and a good coffee.
