Cheesecakes are loved by everyone but sometimes they can add up in calories due to the butter, cream and other fats found in it. But you know us galz, always turning the unhealthy into the healthy because we care about the wellbeing of humans (we genuinely do)❤️.
This cheesecake does not need baking, is super easy to make, contains natural ingredients and tastes so damn good! Ready? Set, COOK!
For 6 – 8 people 👩🏻🍳 You will need: 175g light McVitie’s biscuits
100g apple purée
600g light cream cheese
300g natural yoghurt
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Crumble your biscuits and mix well with the apple purée and the vanilla extract.
Lay down the mixture and put it in the fridge to settle.
In the meantime, mix the cream cheese, the lemon juice and the yoghurt really well.
In a pan mix the honey with 150ml of water and bring it to boil. Once you have a thick texture add it to the cream cheese mixture.
Get your preparation out of the fridge and add the cream mixture on top. Put it back in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Add a mixed berry coulis and some fruits and enjoy guilt-free.
You can customise this recipe and use chocolate instead of mixed berries coulis (we won’t tell 😉).
