‘Tis the weekend and we’re sharing this super easy and super healthy Chia Pudding with you guys! Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.
Let’s make some chia pudding and nourish our bodies ❤️.
👩🍳125 ml unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and cook it on the stove for 5 mins. Pour it in ramequins and let it cool down. Add your favorite toppings on top! ENJOY your very millennial chia pudding 😉.
