Vegan Bowl Recipe – Meatless Meatballs

Hey guys, in this new FittyGalz bowls category, we will be sharing bowls ideas that you can re-create for your lunch boxes, meal preps and all. They are so nutritious and so easy to make.

EAT THE RAINBOW 🌈. This perfect healthy bowl is completely vegan and packed with nutrients, vitamins, proteins and healthy fats.
Sharing with you these « meatless meatballs » 3 ingredients, 20 minutes (5 to prepare and 15 to cook) to make and lasts you in the freezer for the whole week! .


👩‍🍳For 12 balls

100g red beans

100g oats

1 onion

Spices: salt, pepper, chilli powder, oregano, rosemary (optional) and garlic powder.


Start by cutting your vegetables  into thin slices. We used sweet peppers and courgettes. Put them in the oven at 180degrees for 12 minutes.

In a blender, mix the oats and the red beans. Once blended add the onion and spices. With your mixture form little balls and pop them in the oven at 170• for 15 mins. These balls are 60 calories each and are an absolute treat!


The rest of the bowl are mixed colour peppers and courgettes cooked in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. 100g brown rice and a mixed salad. We hope you enjoyed this recipe the #fittygalzway and are up to a great start of the week the healthy way ❤️.
