Tiramisu Crêpes Recipe – Healthy Breakfast

Good morning beautiful people! We are sharing a new recipe with you today, as you can tell from the title it is TIRAMISU CRÊPES! The secret? Coffee of course 😉. And btw Are you more of a coffee or a tea person? We would love to know in the comments 👇🏻.


200g oat flour
1 espresso
2 eggs
100ml water, 200ml milk
4 tbsp honey (or any other sweetener)


In a box mix the oat flour with honey. Separate your yolks from the whites by adding the yolks to your oat mixture and beat the whites separately. In you mixture add the milk/water mix slowly while mixing everything up. Add your espresso. Once it’s mixed, add the egg whites by slowly incorporating them. .

Take a non-stick pan or grease it with vegetable butter and cook your batter 2 mins each side! . & voilà! We truly hope you enjoy these tiramisu crêpes 🙂
