We can’t deny that falafels taste so good and sometimes they can be quite tricky to make. We have tried this recipe not long ago and have adopted it since then. We are sure you will too 😉.
Let’s get cooking!
🥙 60g chickpeas
2 handful of spinach
1 garlic clove
(You can add 2 tbsp tahini and 2 tbsp water for more consistency)
Mix everything in a blender and form little balls or patties! Cook in a non stick pan in 2 tbsp olive oil.
The rest of the bowl is 100g FittyFries (80 calories), 100g lentils (116 cals) and lebanese bread (45 cals), 4 falafels (200 cals).
