Lazy Bowl Recipe – Easy & Healthy

Hi guys! We hope you are enjoying our bowl recipes and ideas!

When you are in a rush and still want to eat healthy we would suggest messy bowls and « what’s left in the fridge » bowls. We made this « lazy bowl » and it tastes so good! You have to focus on healthy habits everyday until your body gets used to it.

One tip that we would suggest is getting rid of all the junk food that is in your house and buy healthy ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, grains and complex carbs! This will allow you to develop your creativity in the kitchen and you will find yourself eating healthy! Remember that it takes 21 days to develop a habit, so give yourself some time you will eventually get used to it and learn to enjoy it!

This bowl contains 485 cals and is filled with nutrients, vitamins, proteins and healthy fats! It contains 1 green pepper (35 cals), 50g red beans (115 cals), 100g elby (70 cals), 100g FittyFries (80 cals), 1 poached egg (70 cals). Dressing is 1 tbsp olive oil + lemon juice + salt & pepper (115 cals).
