Quick and easy breakfast recipe that takes literally 5 mins to make. 2 mins the night before & 3 mins the next day, no excuse to not eat healthy 😍. This porridge bowl contains 295 calories and is full of fiber, nutrients and vitamins, what more can you ask for? 😉.
40g old fashioned oats
1 tbsp unsweetened yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 teaspoon peanut butter
A sprinkle of cinnamon
20 cl water
In a bowl, put the oats (140cals) and pour your water on it. Add the yoghurt and honey. Put it in the fridge overnight.
The next day, you’ll wake up with the creamiest oats and chop up a banana or any fruits you like.
We used 1/2 banana (45 cals roughly), homemade granola (would you want the recipe for it? 😉), 1/2 teaspoon homemade peanut butter (25 cals), cinnamon and a dash of honey.
Bowl of goodness that will keep you full for long and avoid you snacking throughout the morning 😍
