BrowKies Healthy Recipe – The perfect Cookies/Brownies Recipe

Lunch box idea: snack edition! Avoid buying unnecessary pre-packed bars and biscuits! These Brow-Kies are for you! Half chewy and chocolatey brownies and half crunchy yet gooey cookies! They take 20 mins to make and are only 96 cals per bar! You guys can’t go wrong with it!

Ingredients & Method

For 6 bars:

Brownie side: In a bowl, mix 12 pitted dattes, 30cl water, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 4 crushed walnuts, 60g oat flour, 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and 7g baking powder. Mix everything well until combined.
Cookies: 60 rolled oats, 1 egg, 1 unsweetened yoghurt, chocolate chips, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp milk and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Mix everything well until combined

In a parchment paper, form little rectangles with the brownie mixture, then add to each rectangle the cookie mixture to form bars. Put it in the oven for 15 mins at 170•
& this friends, is what we call a tasty lunchbox snack.
