We can’t deny that there are so many ways to cook eggs and we literally cannot get bored of it – we created this supergreen omelette recipe that is good for the body, the soul and that tastes incredibly good 😋.
Ingredients
2 eggs
Handful of spinach
1 onion
1 tomato
Spices: 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper, 2 tbsp coriander.
Method
Start by cutting your onion in half. Cook 1/2 with the tomato in 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic powder.
In a blender: mix the spinach, coriander and the other half onion. Once blended, add in your eggs. Blend everything until having a liquidy mixture.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil mixed in water in a pan and pour in your mixture. Once it starts to bubble, add in your tomato/onion mixture on one half of the omelette.
Close your omelette and enjoy this supergreen goodness ❤.
