It’s still summer and we are still obsessed with quick chocolate treats because who doesn’t enjoy chocolate 🍫. We’re sharing this tasty and of course healthy chocolate fondant that will satisfy your chocolate cravings 😍.
For 4 people
200g dark chocolate
2 tbsp corn flour (or grounded oats)
Start by pre-heating your oven to 180•.
Boil your milk, add in pieces of chocolate. Stir until having a smooth mixture. Add in the corn flour and 4 yolks. Beat your egg whites and incorporate it slowly to your mixture.
Pour the mixture into individual muffin trays and pop in a chocolate piece in the middle as it will melt while cooking.
Let it cook for 35 minutes.
Enjoy your chocolate fondant.
