Vegan Herb Crackers Recipe

Brighten up your Wednesdays with these savory herb crackers! Dip it in hummous pr cream cheese, it is guaranteed to be 100% healthy and so tasty!

1tbsp cereals

1 tbsp wholewheat flour

2 tbsp oat flour

1 teaspoon ricotta

1tbsp water

1 tbsp olive oil

Handful of chopped olives

Spices: salt, paprika, grounded basil leaves and mixed herbs.


Mix all your ingredients together and adjust your paste by either using water or wholewheat flour. Make square shapes with your paste and put it in the fridge for 15min @200•. Let it cool down and get ready to chow down! 🍸
