Savory Snacks – Easy & Healthy Recipe

It’s Friday, it’s holiday season, it’s still summer and so we are still cooking simple and quick recipes to enjoy guilt-free. These little savory snacks that you can customise to your taste are ready in 5 mins!
Ingredients:

60g oat flour

1 unsweetened natural yoghurt

1/2 pack baking powder (4g)

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

30g grated cheese

Salt & pepper.
You can customise it:
Paprika 🌶, basil 🌿, garlic / mixed herbs…

Method

Simply mix all ingredients together, put them in a muffin baking tray and put it in the oven for 15mins at 180 •. Enjoy your snack at only 65 calories per muffin 😉
