The perfect sweet snack for a summer night (or a breakfast we won’t tell π), chocolate waffles!
Ingredients
200g grounded oats
250ml almond milk (or any other milk)
7g baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 natural unsweetened yoghurt
2 eggs
1 vanilla extract
4 tbsp pure honey (or stevia)
1 pinch of cinnamon
A handful of chocolate chips.
Method
In a bowl, put the oats and create a hole in the middle. Add in the egg, milk, vanilla extract and yoghurt. Add in the baking powder, chocolate chips, honey and cinnamon last and mix everything well until having a homogeneous paste. Heat up your gaufrier and enjoy with your favorite spread or on its own π.
