How are you guys holding on with this heat? We know it’s BBQ season and the perfect weather to have people over for gatherings! Try our snack cubes that you can custom to your taste as much as you like! All you need is an ice cube tray and few ingredients 😉.
For the paste
220g buckwheat flour
220g rice flour
1 baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt.
For the filling
30g light cheese
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms (you can use whatever you enjoy but yay to veggies 😉)
In a bowl, mix the paste ingredients until you have a soft and homogeneous paste. Cover and let it rise for 30 mins.
Layer the paste and cut it in half. Sprinkle flour on the ice cube tray and put the layer inside each one.
Add in the toppings inside and cover with another layer.
Put it in the fridge for 10hours (overnight). Take them out the next day and cut small cubes then put it in the oven for 30 mins at 180•.
