Let’s get ahead and introduce you our first ever poke bowl! Let’s bring some color to your day with this Hawaïen poke bowl 🌺🌞.
200g Salmon or Tuna steak
100g Basmati rice
1/2 Grated carrot
1/2 Sliced cucumber
5 Edamame soy
1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar + 2 tbsp lemon juice
20g grated ginger
Spices: Chives, parsley, salt, pepper, different colors sesame seeds
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, ginger and herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Cut your salmon or tuna steak and add it to the mixture above. Let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours so it soaks in all flavors.
Put a layer of cold cooked basmati rice, your veggies/fruits, the salmon (or tuna), sprinkle with sesame seeds and squeeze lemon juice on top. Customize according to your taste 🌺.
