It’s Friday!!! What better way to celebrate than with fluffy peanut butter cookies? We did a version inspired by @ambitiouskitchen . They are fluffy, delicious, healthy, perfect for an afternoon snack and only 98 calories per cookie!
2 tbsp baking powder
4 tbsp homemade peanut butter
Handful of chocolate chips
7g vanilla sugar
In a bowl mix the oats and the baking powder.
In another, mix all other ingredients. Once you get a smooth paste, add in your oats mixture.
Pre-heat your oven at 170 degrees – Place cookies on a tray and melt some dark chocolate that you could put in the center. Bake for 9 mins.
