200g tuna steak
100g basmati rice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp squeezed lemon juice
20g grated ginger
Spices: chives, parsley, salt and pepper
Cook your basmati rice until fluffy.
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, ginger and herbs with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp pepper.
Cut the tuna, the avocado and the tomato in little squares and add it to the previous mixture.
Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
Use squares (typically used for patisserie) and put in one layer of rice followed by one layer of tuna tartare.
