So many of you guys asked for the peanut butter recipe! Peanut Butter can be incredibly high in calories and other useless ingredients when bought in supermarkets. Making it from scratch is easy, tasty and healthy!
FittyGalz are all about being healthy and cooking with natural ingredients so here is a recipe dedicated to this spread we all love 💕.
500g Unsalted and peeled peanuts
3 tbsp honey (or agave)
2 tbsp milk (or other milk alternative)
Start by putting the peanuts in the oven at 180• for 10mins.
Once they are roasted, put them in a blender and mix for 15 seconds.
Add 3 tablespoons of honey. Mix for 15 seconds again.
Add 2 tbsp milk and mix for 20 seconds!
All done! Enjoy your peanut butter with warm bread, or with chocolate 😉. What other spread would you want us to make?
