Healthy Bread Sticks Recipe

Tis the season for BBQ’s and cocktail nights! But that’s no reason to be unhealthy! 🙅🏻‍♀️ This is why we made this Italian inspired gressins with olives and herbs 🤤


1 tablespoon mixed cereal grains
1 tbsp wholewheat flour
2 tbsp lats
1 teaspoon ricotta
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
A handful of cut black olives
Spices: pinch of salt, pinch of paprika, grounded basil and mixed Italian herbs.


Mix all ingredients together and adjust the paste consistency by adding wholewheat flour or water. Make the breads into thin sticks and put in the oven at 200• for 25 mins.
Let it cool and serve with your favourite vegetables or FittyGalz’s cottage cheese 😉 🇮🇹.
