Healthy Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Happy Friday lovely people! We are doing another challenge of turning the unhealthy into healthy and this time with chicken nuggets! This can be a side to any meal or the perfect protein ball in your lunch box! Let’s get cooking 🤓


You will need:
200g grounded chicken breast
1/2 onion
2 small courgettes
2 garlic cloves
Spices: Salt,pepper, paprika, Italian herbs, cumin and rosemary



Cook the onion, courgettes and garlic cloves in a pan with all the spices with olive oil spray until golden.

Add it to the uncooked and grounded chicken breast.

Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.

Form little balls and pop them  in the oven at 180• for 15mins until golden.

Enjoy it with rice, a salad or your favorite veggies.
