Coming at you with the perfect healthy burger! The mushroom/lentil patty that is easy to make and that can last you for the week to have a healthy lunch at work 🍔.
70g cooked lentils
15 big mushrooms 🍄
Half squeezed lemon juice 🍋
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp rosemary
Start by cooking the mushrooms and onions in the soy sauce until golden.
In a blender add all the other ingredients + the cooked mushrooms/onions. Mix everything until you get a paste.
Pre-heat your oven at 180•
Start forming burger patty’s and lay them in a baking tray. Pop it in the oven for 20mins and flip them halfway through cooking.
