Into the challenge again of turning the unhealthy into healthy: Brownies edition! We created a vegan version, no flour, no eggs and no oil! (Recipe below). 10 pitted dattes
100g mixed oats
2 tablespoons homemade peanut butter (or other butter alternative)
4 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. In a blender, blend: dattes, water, peanut butter, salt. Once that is smooth add in other ingredients. Put your batter into a baking tray and bake for about 30 mins. Let it cool down and get ready to chow down. 🌿
