Quick and Healthy Bread – 5 minutes

We know how mornings can be stressful but we also know that breakfast is an important meal to not miss ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ. This homemade bread is made in 5 mins with only 5 ingredients and so tasty and healthy as it has only 140 calories ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿž.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณย Ingredients

40g oats
1 egg
Baking powder
80g Unsweetened yoghurt
Salt/pepper

Method

Mix everything together and pop it in the microwave for 5 mins or oven at 180/200 degrees for 10 mins.
Cut in half and put your favourite spread in ๐Ÿ˜‹.

Ready.Set.Chow down!
