Quick and Easy Rice Wok

Looks like we have an Asian theme going on this week so we are making a wok with rice 🍚. A full plate is 468 calories.

👩‍🍳 Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

300g brocolis

5 mushrooms 🍄

1 onion

2 lemons

1 fresh ginger

3 garlic cloves

50g coriander

200g basmati rice

2 tablespoons pavot seeds

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

Marinate the chicken in 2 tbsp soy sauce, ginger, garlic et half a squeezed lemon for an hour on low heat. Cut your veggies and cook them in 1 tbsp soy and 1tbsp oyster sauce. Sautée all ingredients for 5 mins and add soy sauce and lemon juice. Put basmati rice with pavot seeds and add in the chicken and veggies 👩‍🍳.
