Homemade Ravioli Recipe – Healthy

Need we say more than the title? Let us take you to a trip to Italy with our homemade fresh pasta! Ravioli with spinach and ricotta, the perfect dinner for a Work night.

Ingredients:

For the pasta

200g of wholewheat flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of salt

For the toppings

100g ricotta

100g spinach

Method

Start by putting the flour in a bowl and create a whole in the middle where you add the eggs, salt and 1 teaspoon olive oil.

Make sure you have an elastic paste by adding some water to it. Let it rest for 1 hour.
You then lay the paste in a thin layer and cut it in half.

You then add the cooked ricotta and spinach in 5 cm squares. Put the other half on top and cut your little squares.
You then put them in some more flour and you put it to cook in boiling water for 6-7 mins.
