We know that snacking can be hard during our busy days and that we can choose the easy option which isn’t always the healthiest, so we did these energy bliss balls that you can stock up for the week and take everywhere with you. Best part about it is that you don’t need to cook them and that all ingredients are natural! A little plus is that it tastes like a Ferrero Rocher. I mean we know you will LOVE it!
Also, eating only one is more than enough as they are truly packed with energy and nutrients.
Enough talking and let’s get cooking:
You will need:
10 pitted dattes
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon milk (or other milk alternative)
Blend the oats and hazelnuts in a food processor, add in the remaining ingredients and mix everything together until having a dough. Roll the dough into balls.
Melt your favorite chocolate (we used 70% Lindt dark chocolate) on top of your bliss balls and then develop self control to wait for them to harden in the fridge. Then, of course, enjoy throughout the week.
